The Two Cherries Adze is a great tool used in woodworking for finishing and smoothing.
The Two Cherries Adze is a tool used in woodworking for finishing and smoothing. Unlike an axe and hatchet, the blade of the adze is transverse to the handle. The cutting edge at the side facing the handle is ground, and therefore the handle is inserted from the top into the conical eye and not engaged.
This is a great tool for carving out laterals and flyways on your log building project.
