With the Tormek Planer Blade Attachment SVH-320 you can sharpen HSS planer blades of any length. Also suitable for mitre guillotine blades.
With this jig you will always work with sharp planer blades. You do not need to interrupt your work to send them away for sharpening.
The jig copes with planer blades of any length. Blades longer than 270 mm (10½") are relocated in the blade holder and ground in two steps.
The tool is guided precisely and ground flat along its whole length to a pre-set fixed depth. This is not the case with the other Tormek jigs, where your hand decides where the grinding occurs and the depth of grinding. It is important that the grinding angle is set with great accuracy. Follow the detailed step by step instructions carefully.

Our warehouse is based in Nelson, New Zealand, and all transactions are charged in New Zealand dollars.
Shipping within New Zealand is charged at NZD $15 (non-rural) or NZD $17 (rural), including GST, for most products (some exceptions apply). This excludes Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, the Chatham Islands, D'Urville Island, and Stewart Island.
All items from a single order will be shipped together. If multiple orders are placed on the same day, by the same person, to the same delivery address, we will do our best to combine them into one shipment, unless otherwise instructed.
