Description
A cross between a Knife and a Trowel, this Gardening Tool is useful for many tasks such as planting, weeding, transplanting, grubbing, removing roots or deep-rooted weeds, dividing perennials, etc. An extremely robust, well-built Gardening and Bonsai Tool.Traditionally used in Japan to collect specimens for Bonsai (hori means "digging"), the Knife has a heavy-duty Carbon Steel Blade that is dished, with a serrated edge on one side and a sharpened edge on the other.
The serrated edge is perfect for root pruning, and the concave shape makes it great for scooping soil.
The Hori Hori Knife comes with a double-riveted natural Hardwood Handle and carries in a Vinyl Belt Sheath with 4.5 cm Belt Loop.

Shipping within New Zealand is charged at NZD $15 (non-rural) or NZD $17 (rural), including GST, for most products (some exceptions apply). This excludes Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, the Chatham Islands, D'Urville Island, and Stewart Island.
